Website usage data and cookies to operate and improve the site.
Used to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, deliver services and support you (contract), run our business and ensure safety/security (legitimate interests/legal obligation), send service updates/marketing to businesses (consent where required or legitimate interests, with opt-out), and manage recruitment.

3) Sharing, transfers & retention

We use trusted service providers (hosting/IT, email, accounting), logistics partners/subcontractors and professional advisers; authorities where required. They act on our instructions.
If data is transferred outside the UK, we use UK-approved safeguards (e.g., IDTA/SCCs or adequacy).
Retention: enquiries up to 12 months; contract/finance 6–7 years; operational logs 12–36 months; recruitment 6–12 months (longer with consent). Then we delete or anonymise.
